Face-to-Face Community of Practice Event

The first in-person event will take place at Horizon Leeds on Thursday 4 December 2025. The session will be led by Mark Scott from UK Coaching alongside experienced DiSE practitioners.

This is a fantastic opportunity for members of the DiSE workforce to shape the future of DiSE delivery through co-designed workshops, shared practice, and peer learning.

Online Community of Practice – Stay Connected

Responding to feedback from the community, SportsAid will also be running bi-monthly online sessions to ensure regular opportunities for engagement and collaboration.

Next Online Meet-Up: Thursday 16 October, 3.45pm–5.15pm

Theme: Cross Sport: Good Practice – Sharing effective teaching and learning strategies across sports

These sessions will provide a space for the DiSE workforce to exchange ideas, share best practice, and build stronger connections across sports.

How to Get Involved

Invitations are being shared directly with NGB Talent Leads and DiSE workforce members via SportsAid.

If you have not received your invite or would like to express your interest in taking part, please contact James Bridge at james@sportsaid.org.uk

By working together, we can create a stronger, more connected DiSE community, one that continues to support and inspire our future athletes.
