I started Triathlon at the age of 8 when I decided it was finally time to put my swimming, cycling and running together as I enjoyed all three. It was a massive hit from the beginning and I loved it despite not being the fastest in the races at the time.
A typical week consists of a wide range of activities and intensities. Across all 3 sports of triathlon each week I try to get an easy session, tempo and hard session done within each one along with gym training in order to stay injury free and keep a strong core.
I love meeting new people at events and making new friends along the way. I also enjoy pushing myself to the limit in order to see how far I can go!
Bradley Wiggins not only due to his utter resilience when it comes to his cycling but also his witty sense of humour.
In my free time when I'm not training, I will get down to business with school work and I also play grade 8 saxophone, in my school Big Band and in preparation for my diploma.
