I first got involved in the sport four years ago through my father, who is also my personal coach.
Every week I 5 times a week, My training consists of both Olympic lifts and accessory/ conditioning exercises. Alongside training I am a full time student at Bangor Univeristy, studying Psychology. Therefore, when I’m not training I’m usually studying as part of my degree.
To achieve all my goals I have yet to reach and to fulfil my potential and compete at the highest level of competition I am capable of. such as going and medalling at to the Commonwealth Games.
I don’t have anyone particular sporting hero, I admire all athletes who have worked hard to achieve their goals, and I look up to them all who have achieved what I hope to in the future.
Currently, my free time consists of studying, I also like socialising with friends and family when I can.
