Olivia Winning
16 year old Olivia from Conisbrough, near Doncaster, is an extremely promising golfer who has had some excellent national results over the last season.
She is currently ranked as the 5th best player in England in her age group, deriving from her 5th place finish at the U15 English Girls Championship in June 2011.
She will have to move up an age group in the coming season and wants to finish in the English top 5 at U17 level too.
Olivia will also be competing at British level this season and aims to finish in the top 8 in her age group in the UK.
She was a semi-finalist in the Northern Ladies Championship in July 2011 and represented England Girls against Spain in the North of England Championship, where she won both her matches against international opposition.
In the next couple of seasons Olivia aims to win selection for the England Performance Programme, which she hopes will be the launch pad for a successful senior international career in the future.
