Fitness First Renew Support

Posted on 27 Jan 2010

Athletes supported by SportsAid will, for the second year running, benefit from free membership of their nearest Fitness First gym.
The partnership with the world’s largest health and fitness group aims to compliment the usual SportsAid Award by offering athletes additional support through an annual gym membership where they will have access to top of the range equipment.

Fitness First will also be helping to share the athlete story, celebrating their achievements and promoting the benefits of getting involved in sport.

“Fitness First is committed to making the world a fitter place and support of these tremendous athletes is all part of our mission,’’ said John Gamble, Managing Director of Fitness First. “We are delighted to be further strengthening our partnership with SportsAid and look forward to sharing in their sporting successes in the months and years to come.’’

There are 500 memberships available to SportsAid and TASS athletes who are 16 and above.
