Beat the Boss Fundraiser with Betfair

Posted on 16 Sep 2008

Throughout the Olympics, SportsAid partner Betfair has been getting staff involved in raising funds for the next generation of champions in innovative style.

Staff were tasked with beating their bosses at turning £50 into as much money for SportsAid as possible. Teams of between three and eight members had to come up with creative ideas to use this money to make more – without betting it.

Competition has been rife amongst 14 teams who have been offering office MOTs (Massage, dOnuts and Tea service), organising raffles and providing a sushi meal service. The bosses even used their £50 to invest in stocks so staff could throw tomatoes and sponges at them.
