Keep going!
Don't stop when you've finished the race or event and don't stop if you have hit your target. There is always more money out there if you keep looking. It can make a huge difference to us and to the future of British sport.
After your event has finished, for example, tell everyone how it went. Put a photo of you crossing the finishing line on your fundraising page. Update your blog. Let everyone know what impact their money has made.
And don’t forget to thank everyone – personally if you can – for their support.
