Challenge the Olympians Golf Day - Hosted by Steve Backley
We have a new and very excited group of highly tuned Olympians who are ready to go 'head to head' with you. So, get your team of four players together and accept the challenge!
The day will take place at The London Club, which will be host to the European Open for the second year running.
Format:
8.30: Reception with tea/coffee and bacon rolls
10.30: Shotgun start on the Heritage course. Four high profile Olympians will play together to try and beat your team score.
17.00: Three-course dinner including raffle, prize-giving and celebrity after-dinner speaker
Cost: £800 + VAT (per team of four)

Where to go on the day
By Road
HEADING SOUTH VIA M25: Leave the M25 motorway at Junction 3. At roundabout join M20 (J1). Leave M20 at exit 2. At roundabout take 1st exit A20 to West Kingsdown. Approx 1.5 miles just prior to motorway bridge, turn right into Stansted Lane - Club entrance is on the left.
HEADING SOUTH VIA A20: Leave A20 at M25/M20 intersection, follow A20 signs to Brands Hatch. After passing Brands Hatch continue through West Kingsdown passing under motorway bridge. Turn immediately left into Stansted Lane - Club entrance is on the left.
HEADING NORTH VIA M20 AND A20 WROTHAM HEATH: Leave M20 at J3 to (M26). After approx 1 mile leave at J2a. At the roundabout (Wrotham Heath), follow A20 signs to Brands Hatch. Pass 2 roundabouts, continue on the A20 towards Brands Hatch. Travel up a steep hill, go over the roundabout at the top and follow A20 towards Brands Hatch. After approx 1.5 miles, just prior to the motorway bridge, turn right into Stansted Lane - Club entrance is on the left.
HEADING EAST FROM M25 / GATWICK: From M25, stay in right hand lanes and follow signs for MAIDSTONE/M20/CHANNEL TUNNEL/DOVER. Remain on the M26 for 8.5 miles and Exit at J2A. At the roundabout (Wrotham Heath), follow A20 signs to Brands Hatch. Pass 2 roundabouts, continue on the A20 towards Brands Hatch. Travel up a steep hill, go over the roundabout at the top and follow A20 towards Brands Hatch. After approx 1.5 miles, just prior to the motorway bridge, turn right into Stansted Lane - Club entrance is on the left.
By Rail
If you are travelling by train, the closest train station to the London Golf Club is Longfield Station from London Victoria. A Taxi service operates from just outside Longfield Station and the car journey will take you approximately 10 minutes to The London Golf Club.
