donate in your will
Making a will is a very personal matter, but if you have enjoyed sport in whatever form and would like to help others to do the same there is an opportunity to achieve this by leaving a bequest to the Sports Aid Trust.
Additionally if your estate is likely to be subject to Inheritance Tax then any donation to the Sports Aid Trust will be free of that tax and it might help you to bring the value of your estate below the tax level.
The Sports Aid Trust will happily welcome sums of any size and there are a number of ways donations can be arranged. One way that has proved attractive is for the Trust to create a special award, perhaps named in your memory, from which grants can be made. If you wish we can tailor these grants:
- Geographically.
- And /or by sports or group of sports.
- And/or to able bodied or disabled.
